استقبل السيد مَحمد عبد النباوي، الرئيس المنتدب للمجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية، اليوم الإثنين 20 يونيو 2022، بالرباط، السيد خليفة أحمد خليفة، النائب العام بجمهورية السودان، الذي يقوم بزيارة عمل إلى المملكة.
وأجرى الجانبان مباحثات حول سبل تعزيز التعاون في المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك، والعمل على تبادل التجارب والخبرات بهدف الرقي بمؤسسات العدالة في البلدين.
لتحديث والرقمنة، وتكوين وتأهيل الموارد البشرية، وتقوية النجاعة القضائية، وغيرها من الأوراش.


وقدم السيد الرئيس المنتدب لمحة عن أهم التحولات والإصلاحات التي عرفتها منظومة العدالة، ومميزات التجربة المغربية في مجال استقلال السلطة القضائية، ورئاسة النيابة العامة، وآليات التعاون بين المؤسسات التي تعنى بالشأن القضائي بالمملكة.
وأطلع السيد الرئيس المنتدب السيد النائب العام بجمهورية السودان حول أهم أوراش الإصلاح المفتوحة في منظومة العدالة، ومن بينها ورش التحديث والرقمنة، وتكوين وتأهيل الموارد البشرية، وتقوية النجاعة القضائية، وغيرها من الأوراش.
